To assure your fulfilment, all our items come with a 7 DAY NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE. Simply return the product unused and undamaged in its original package for a 100 % refund (minus £10 restocking fee). When items are return back to us using our 7 day no quibble assurance we will issue a full refund of the purchase price of the product minus £10 restocking fee. However in the case of defective items, or items which we have asked you to return to us, we will issue you full refund.
The assures offered by Nizemobileworld are additional to, and do not impact, your legal privileges as a customer.
If your product is not in stock, we will back purchase for you. You will always be e-mailed with the option to terminate the transaction if you would rather not delay.
If you would like an invoice for your order please let us know via email and we will email you a duplicate of the invoice.
If the items you asked for turn out to be defective or appear in a broken condition, you must notify us within A week and we will offer you a 100 % refund. If defective, we will offer you with your choice of full refund or alternative as soon as possible, and no later than 1 month of accepting to offer you with the full refund. If however, the items came to us and will find there is no fault and the item is working fine, we will return the item(s) back to you and an administrative charge of £10 will be charged to you to cover the delivery cost
